Growing the Team to Support Better Work

Alongside our visual evolution, 2025 was also a year of intentional team growth.

We welcomed John Blackmore as Account Executive, strengthening client relationships and bringing added strategic leadership to our partnerships. Mike Howard joined as Business Development Manager, helping us connect with organizations ready to invest in meaningful, long-term growth. And Davey McKinley stepped into the role of Operations Manager, reinforcing the structure that supports consistent, high-quality execution.
