Operations & Finance Analyst

David J. McKinley, Operations & Finance Analyst with Beyond Marketing , joined the team in December 2025. In his role, David leads the Operations pillar and oversees much of the organization’s workflow, focusing on improving efficiency, strengthening internal systems, and ensuring financial effectiveness across projects. He specializes in helping individuals and businesses position themselves for long-term success by implementing strategic operational processes and sound financial practices that support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Beyond Marketing, David gained experience through internships with McKinley Architecture and McKinley Carter Wealth Services, where he developed a strong foundation in business operations, client strategy, and financial analysis.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Liberty University in December 2025.

David was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia , where he currently resides and remains actively involved in the community. His interests include spending time with family, attending WVU athletic events, and golfing. He is also a member of YPO Next Generation, where he engages with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs to foster professional growth and leadership development.
