With nearly 24 years of experience, Mindi blends artistry and strategy to create meaningful, visually compelling design. As Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer at Beyond Marketing, she develops cohesive brand identities, multi-faceted campaigns, and visual storytelling that connects, inspires, and drives results. Her expertise spans brand identity, campaign development, print collateral, and digital design across industries including healthcare, finance, travel and tourism, hospitality, retail, sports and entertainment, and non-profit.
Rooted in both fine art and design thinking, Mindi approaches every project with curiosity, imagination, and a touch of bold experimentation—translating complex ideas into authentic, visually striking work. She believes great design is more than decoration; it’s a tool to connect people, foster meaningful engagement, and help brands build trust, loyalty, and measurable results. Through thoughtful storytelling and strategic creativity, her work turns ideas into experiences that resonate and inspire action.
Outside the agency, Mindi explores the transformative power of creativity and community impact through her personal work. Embracing chaos, imperfection, and improvisation, she creates highly textural, spontaneous artwork including fine art, murals, illustration, and mixed-media pieces exhibited in nearly 60 shows nationwide—from San Francisco to Pittsburgh and across West Virginia and Ohio.
